Would you like some free highlights? Do you know someone that does? As part of my training requirements, I have several “Model Days” over the course of my education. My upcoming Model Day is July 18th. I am looking for a longer haired individual for a “partial foil”, aka “highlights”. Hair must be at least 3” long and cannot be past the shoulders.
